How you can use my stuff, and what you should know about my blog

I’m using a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike license here. Creative Commons License
This work by Creekmore Consulting is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 United States License.

What that means
The content of this site is copyright to Creekmore Consulting, except as noted otherwise. I will make note where I am linking to or quoting others, and in such cases, the copyrights will belong to the original authors.

When you use this site, I grant you a limited, revocable copyright to link to and quote material that I have written here. In return, I would appreciate a link back to the original page where the material appears, and a mention by name on your site.

You may use limited quotations with attribution in this fashion on your site, whether your site is personal or commercial, but you may not use my work behind a pay wall, or otherwise make money off of my work, without my express written permission. This limited license I mention here does not cover any print usage of my work.

Please contact me if you have questions or would like to use my work in another way. I will usually be glad for you to do so — but I’d like to have knowledge and control over how my work is used.

Thank you!

What you should assume about my work

  • You should assume that unless I’m directly quoting someone [as noted above], then the work here is my own.
  • You should assume that if I link to a product for sale on Amazon or via some other commercial entity, that I’m participating in their affiliate program and making a few cents if you purchase based on my recommendation.
  • You should assume I don’t expect to buy lunch off the profits from such, never mind send my kids to college, but hey, I’m a capitalist too.
  • You should assume that I haven’t been asked to review anything, or given a free copy of anything to review, except in the cases where I explicitly tell you I have in the post about the product.
